Farm Jobs Available in Maine

October 23, 2025 Posted by mkbevan Fields of Zion No Comments

Looking to plant your feet in one of our Intentional Christian Communities? Making a move into a new season, and potentially a new location, can be very stressful. We absolutely know that God meets all our needs… and those of His other children as well if they trust Him to do so. A big lesson that Christians learn in their wilderness walk, is trusting in God’s provision through every situation.

Many years ago the Father spoke to me of the need for “Farm/Community centers” I learned how a community can be built around the idea of living a slower rural life, while providing for the needs of those community members. As the farm grows… the community grows. As the Community grows… the farm grows. A farm provides the necessary environment to not only raise up healthy plants and animals, but healthy people as well. Healthy in body, mind and soul!

Through Fields of Zion International, we’re building Interactive Farmstead & Cultural Learning Centers as a cornerstone of our communities. Places to live, work, learn, fellowship and worship together with other like minded believers. If this sounds like a dream come true, then let’s start building together.

Below is a list of farm jobs available in Maine at our first community. Saco River Farms offers an easy way to plug into this community. You’ll gain valuable Homesteading / Farmsteading skills, while at the same time providing an income stream, and even potential housing for the right candidates.
